Every effort is made to accurately reproduce the colors and textures of the fabrics featured on our website. Please do not try to match fabrics with these pictures. Computer monitor will render the image of the fabric in different ways than if viewing the fabric in person. We try to represent each fabric with accurate color and pattern detail.

Our fabrics are of good quality. All fabrics are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you are not satisfied, we do offer the option of returning the fabric.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, if you need to return a product purchased from Kentucky Quilt Backings online we recommend that you contact us so we can assist you.

We offer a 30-day money back return as long as our policy is adhered to. We are unable to offer returns after 30 days.

Requirements for Returns:

  • Fabrics must be in their original condition. Those that have been washed, cut, or altered cannot be accepted for refunds.
  • Product must have a copy of original invoice and must have been purchased online.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not included.
  • Return orders over $200 may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Please allow 10-14 days to process returns.


Every effort will be made to ship orders as soon as possible and in the most economical method.

We try to provide accurate inventory information at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the manufacturer of the fabric. If your fabric is in stock in our store, we will work hard to cut and ship your order within 2 business days. You can expect a shipping notification including a tracking number. We hope that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
